WHAT'S NEW?
TEENAGE PILATES CLASS
Teen's group reformer class is a specially designed class for 12 - 17 year olds.
During the developmental years many young adults start developing postural problems;
this could be due to studying, carrying heavy school bags, sudden growth spurts,
sports or even lack of self confidence. It is important to start building strong foundations
and body awareness at a young age and to maintain a supple well aligned body.
A fun way to improve your growing young adult's posture, co-ordination, balance,
flexibility, strength and self esteem.
